Our mentors play a critical role in the value chain of creating social impact in our communities. Mentors coach students through the consulting engagement via a monthly check-in.

In consulting, it’s always good to give back to new and aspiring consultants because at one time you gained something in the same way. As professionals, we need to build an open-door culture where we can always support each other, not only because it reinforces a strong network, but also because it is deeply tied to the values of our profession. It was also enjoyable working with people whom once were in your shoes – I find it a relatable experience that kind of takes me back to my student years.
I enjoy doing consulting projects because everyone is different, every client is different, every problem is different. I enjoy seeing the work [the 180DC consultants] are doing and how to help.
