RICHMOND FOOD BANK
About the Client
The Richmond Food Bank Society (RFB) is a non-profit organization serving the community of Richmond since 1983. They are registered under the BC Society Act, governed by a volunteer board of Directors and funded primarily through grants and donations.
The 180DC UBC team will conduct a risk audit that will identify, analyze, prioritize, and manage risks associated with governance and operation of the Richmond Food Bank. The goal of this risk audit is to provide a roadmap for the RFB to use for prioritizing and addressing risks in the future. At the end of the first semester, the Team will have the opportunity to present this risk registry at the RFB’s annual year-end meeting.
